Maturn Management Training Workshop Series
In addition to supporting mothers through Maturn, Maturn offers the Maturn Management Training Workshop Series to support people leaders and organizations navigate the maternity leave journey and create clear and positive conditions for the transition to and from leave.
The Workshop
Objective:
A 3-part on demand pre-recorded workshop series to build knowledge, understanding and capacity among people leaders and senior management that best support mothers’ maternity leave journey and create positive and clear conditions when preparing for maternity leave and returning to work.
Details:
Workshop for management, supervisors and people leaders
Leaders will come away with a deeper understanding of the issues, data and lived experiences of pregnant women and mothers
Development of hard and soft skills; equip leaders with concrete tools to support mothers’ smooth transition before, during and after maternity leave
Delivery: 3 pre-recorded workshops licensed to organization for internal distribution (licensed for 3 years).
