The Dual Path: Navigating Fertility and Career
Navigating a fertility journey while working can be isolating as the experience is often misunderstood and filled with unseen struggles. This program supports women navigating their fertility journey—whether they’re actively trying to grow their family, facing challenges along the way, or planning for the future, while maintaining their career momentum.
The program runs over two months and includes eight facilitated group coaching sessions.

- Caring for Yourself Personally and Professionally in your Fertility Journey
Maternity Leave Program
Maturn’s all-encompassing program includes everything from preparation for maternity leave transition, childcare planning, and postpartum changes, equitable partnership parenting, and preparing for the crucial transition back to work. Mothers can grow and learn on a schedule that works for them through an on-demand platform, weekly live group coaching calls, discussions with subject matter experts, and a dedicated community of women in their corner supporting them.
Motherhood Leadership Coaching Program
A 3-month group leadership coaching program supporting mothers who growing their careers and their families, including 9 LIVE coaching calls.
This program empowers mothers to navigate the intersection of career and motherhood with confidence, clarity, and courage, unlocking their full leadership potential. Through expert coaching, we create a supportive space where mothers can normalize challenges, shift expectations, and redefine success on their own terms. This transformational program helps mothers step into their leadership with renewed purpose, fostering both personal and professional growth.
Cohorts start in January, April and September. Exclusive company cohorts are available for up to 30 mothers.
The Shift: Empowering Women at Work through Peri/Menopause
Maturn’s Perimenopause and Menopause Program is designed to empower women leaders navigating the challenges of midlife transitions while advancing their careers and runs over 3 months, including 8 LIVE calls.
Tailored for self-identifying women, this program is guided by medical and mental health experts and executive coaches to address the symptoms and opportunities of perimenopause and menopause.
Through engaging, expert-led sessions, and peer connections, participants will develop resilience, enhance their effectiveness, and build advocacy for workplace inclusivity. Organizations that support women during this pivotal life phase will benefit from retaining skilled leaders, fostering a culture of empathy, and driving long-term organizational success.
The Aligned Leader: Where Alignment and Ambition Meet
The Aligned Leader is a leadership program designed for women ready to lead with clarity, courage, and impact. Running over three months with six LIVE calls, this experience supports women at pivotal career and life inflection points who are seeking deeper alignment between who they are and how they lead.
Tailored for self-identifying women, this program is guided by executive coaches and thought leaders who integrate evidence-based leadership development with personal growth and values alignment.
Through dynamic sessions, reflective exercises, and powerful peer connection, participants strengthen executive presence, refine their leadership voice, and lead from a place of integrity and intention.
