Jessica Langelaan
“I recently participated in The Shift program and it was an incredibly insightful experience. The program provided valuable information and practical strategies for managing this stage of life, both personally and professionally. One of the most impactful aspects was the sense of community it fostered as I connected with other women who truly understood what I was going through. Having a supportive network made a huge difference, and I left the program feeling more empowered and less alone. I highly recommend Maturn to any woman looking for guidance and connection during perimenopause.”
